Next Generation Leadership Network Poised For Growth Under Brown's Leadership
WASHINGTON, DC — July 2, 2026 — TOGETHER!, the national leadership community connecting ambitious young entrepreneurs, civic leaders, creators, and athletes, today announced the appointment of Alexander Brown as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Co-founded by former presidential candidate Jason Palmer, TOGETHER! is building a new kind of leadership and membership community for young Americans, centered on opportunity, relationships, and real-world impact. Through exclusive events, career opportunities, real mentorship, and a growing network of emerging leaders, TOGETHER! helps members expand their influence, build meaningful connections, and accelerate their ability to make a difference.
Alexander joins TOGETHER! at an exciting moment as the organization launches its next phase of growth: building and growing vibrant campus and city communities where ambitious young people don’t just network—they become friends, collaborators, and future partners in solving our country’s biggest challenges. Change happens because young catalysts choose to do the work.
“Alexander understands that movements are built one relationship at a time,” said Jason Palmer, Co-Founder of TOGETHER!. “He’s spent his career bringing people together across government, politics, nonprofits, and communities. Now he’ll help build a national network where the next generation of entrepreneurs, public servants, and changemakers can find one another and grow together.”
Brown brings experience spanning federal agencies, congressional offices, national political organizations, presidential campaigns, and mission-driven nonprofits. He currently serves as President of Count Me In To Do The Right Thing, a non-profit organization promoting ethical, community-minded leadership, and is Principal of Point Way Forward Consulting LLC, where he advises clients on communications.
His public service includes legislative and external affairs roles with the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and the U.S. Department of Defense. He has also worked at the Democratic National Committee, the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, and the 2020 and 2024 Harris for President campaigns.
A graduate of Clemson University, Brown earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science while serving as Student Body Chief of Staff and founding President of Clemson’s NAACP chapter. He is a recipient of a Special Congressional Recognition Award, a United States Senate Youth Program finalist, a Tyrone Gayle Scholar, a TEDx speaker, and host of The Root of All with Alexander Brown.
As CEO, Brown will lead TOGETHER!’s national expansion by launching campus chapters, growing its Ambassador network, curating a calendar of career-building opportunities and high-quality events, and helping thousands of young leaders discover one another through both in-person experiences and digital community.

Brown takes the handoff from Midori Grabowski, who served as CEO of TOGETHER! for the past two school years. During her tenure, Grabowski expand the TOGETHER! Substack to more than 80,000 subscribers and launched TOGETHER! DC at four colleges. Said Grabowski, “TOGETHER! exists to help ambitious young people find the people, opportunities, and experiences that shape a lifetime of leadership. I’m honored to hand the baton to Alexander, who’s already proven that he can help young people find one another, grow together, and build something bigger than themselves.”
